Banksy street art, close up of one of his well-renowned graffiti rats, this is one of two similar designs we have, this is a more simplistic version, the 2nd has more detail.

Banksy Let Them Eat Crack Great Gift Ideas. This Banksy work appeared in New York in 2008, the suited rat is thought to resemble a Wall Street figure, ‘Let Them Eat Crack’ is clearly a metaphor of Marie Antoinette’s famous quote regarding her lack of empathy for the poor peasants of France; ‘Let Them Eat Cake’. So its thought that by replacing ‘Cake’ with ‘Crack’ Banksy is suggesting that the New York Wealthy are insensitive to the problems of the poor communities, crack being a common addictive drug used in these areas.

This premium quality art print is available as an archival quality canvas print or framed, it will be delivered ready to hang straight on the wall.
