Shipping rates & delivery times
Every artwork is printed to order in Australia. Total time from order to doorstep = production time + shipping time. Production typically takes 3–4 business days (printing, stretching, framing where applicable, and quality control). Shipping time then depends on your destination — see the tables below.
Add an extra 2 business days for Framed Prints. Rolled Canvas & Paper Prints are usually faster than stretched canvas.
Canvas size bands
Which shipping rate applies depends on the longest edge of your finished canvas. Use this guide to find your band:

Note: at peak periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day) couriers can push these out a few days. We’ll always let you know if your order is affected.
Express Delivery
We can offer Express Delivery, but it’s quoted per delivery — usually around $35 for a small to medium parcel to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro. Rural varies. Express to WA, NT and TAS isn’t overnight and is expensive — please contact us for a quote.

How much is shipping?
It depends on what you order and where it’s going. Paper prints and wall decals now ship at a single $25 flat rate to every Australian state. Canvas, framed and floating-frame artwork uses our standard per-state rates — see the Australian shipping rates table above. International rates are listed in the Worldwide section.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we ship to every state and territory. Paper prints and wall decals are $25 flat regardless of which Australian state you’re in. Canvas, framed and floating-frame artwork uses the per-state rates above (typically $30–$50 depending on size and destination). Pickup from our Noosa (QLD) or Booragoon (Perth, WA) studios is free.
Do you deliver to Post offices?
The shipping method depends primarily on the size of the finished artwork. Orders that fit within parcels under approximately 1 metre in length — for example many canvas prints up to around 90cm depending on the format selected — are normally sent via registered Australia Post, providing reliable tracked delivery Australia-wide. Larger artworks that exceed standard parcel dimensions require specialist handling and will generally be sent via one of our trusted courier partners instead. This helps ensure larger canvas prints, framed prints and oversized wall art arrive safely and securely. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its progress.
How do I check if a particular product is in stock?
Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, we don’t hold traditional stock levels for our artwork. Every piece is produced specifically for each order, which means if you can see a product listed on our website, it is generally available to order. This also allows us to offer a much larger range of artwork, sizes and media options without products constantly moving in and out of stock. Whether you’re ordering canvas prints, framed prints, floating frames, personalised artwork or custom designs, everything is created fresh to order by our team.
What’s the difference between production time and shipping time?
Production is the time we take to print, stretch (or frame) and quality-check your artwork — typically 3–4 business days. Shipping is how long the courier takes to get it to you afterwards. Total time = production + shipping. The delivery times above are shipping only.
