FAQ

💡Most customers choose small to medium for bathrooms and smaller spaces, medium to large for bedrooms, and large to extra-large for living rooms.
What print options do you offer?
We offer stretched canvas prints, floating-framed canvas prints, framed paper prints, rolled canvas prints, and paper prints, so you can choose the finish that best suits your room and budget. You can check this link to see more information about all the options.
Are your canvas prints made in Australia?
Yes — all Australian orders are professionally printed and finished in Australia using premium materials, with careful quality checks before dispatch. For orders outside of Australia, we print in either Europe or the U.S depending on where the order is going.
What quality are the prints?
We use premium large-format printers with archival inks designed for strong colour depth, sharp detail, and long-lasting durability. You can check this page for more information about the equality. We use a premium-grade, archival 100% cotton, 390 gsm textured canvas for all canvas prints.
Will the colours look exactly like the screen?
Colours are printed as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur because screens display colour differently from printed material. We can\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t control your screen settings, but we work to ensure the print matches the original exactly.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced quickly and dispatched within 2-5 business days, paper prints and rolled canvas will be dispatched the fastest for obvious reasons, followed by stretched canvas prints and then floating frames and framed prints as they take slightly longer to manufacture.

Delivery times depending on your location in Australia. Our normal turnaround for delivery (from placing the order to receiving the artwork) - is within 8 days. priority service speeds this up. We print in Noosa and Perth, giving us coverage on both the east and west coasts. Check this page for more accurate time frames for all locations.
What if I need help choosing the right size?
If unsure, choose the size that best suits your wall space, or contact us and we can help suggest what usually works best for your room.
What printer and inks do you use?
We print using Canon imagePROGRAF PRO large-format printers, chosen specifically for their exceptional colour accuracy, sharp detail, and consistency across both fine art and photographic work. These professional printers are paired with archival Canon LUCIA 12-colour pigment inks, a premium ink system designed to produce rich tonal depth, smooth gradients, and highly accurate colour reproduction, particularly in subtle shades and complex artwork. The 12-colour ink set allows for a much wider colour range than standard printing systems, helping us achieve deeper blacks, cleaner neutrals, and more natural transitions in everything from bold contemporary designs to delicate fine art prints. Just as importantly, these pigment-based inks are archival quality, meaning they are designed for long-term durability and excellent resistance to fading when properly displayed. We use one of the highest-quality professional printing systems available because it lets us produce artwork that looks impressive when you first receive it and keeps its depth, clarity, and colour integrity over time.
Is the artwork ready to hang?
Yes — stretched canvas, floating framed canvas, and framed prints arrive ready to hang straight on the wall. Please note that overseas orders, particularly to the US, may require fittings to be attached. They are included.
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, simply contact us with photos, and we will arrange a replacement promptly.
Do you offer custom sizes for your prints?
Yes, absolutely. We will be more than happy to create custom sizes for any of the artworks you see on the website. Feel free to contact us with the exact size you need, and we will provide a quote.
Am I able to come to your office to collect the artwork directly to save time and shipping
Absolutely, you are more than welcome to come to either of our facilities in Noosa, QLD, or Booragoo, Perth, WA. Please do, however, give us a call before coming so we can make sure someone is out front. We spend a lot of time out back around noisy machinery, so the front desk is not always manned.
Will I receive a proof for personalised art, and can I make changes
es — for all personalised artwork, we always send a digital proof before anything goes to print so you can see exactly how your design will look first. This gives you the chance to check wording, layout, colours, spelling, dates, locations or any other personal details before production begins. Proofs are usually sent within 48 hours of ordering, and very often much sooner, depending on the design and the time the order is placed. We know personalised artwork often carries important meaning, so we want customers to feel completely confident before the final print is produced. You are also very welcome to request changes once you receive the proof. In fact, we encourage it. If there is anything you would like adjusted, whether a small wording change or a more noticeable layout tweak, we encourage it. We continue refining the design until you are 100% happy with the result. Nothing is printed until you have approved the proof, which means you can order knowing there is still a chance to fine-tune the artwork before it is made.

Flowers by Yayoi Kusama

In Flowers, Yayoi Kusama invites us into a world where nature transcends its traditional boundaries, blossoming into a vibrant, infinite universe of patterns, colours, and imagination. Known for her avant-garde approach and obsession with repetitive motifs, Kusama transforms the familiar form of flowers into something hypnotic and otherworldly. Her use of bold, almost psychedelic colours — electric reds, intense yellows, vivid blues — pulsates with energy, making the flowers feel alive, vibrant, and slightly surreal. Each bloom bursts forth, seemingly uncontained by the edges of the canvas, as if they’re ready to expand forever into infinity.

Kusama’s signature polka dots cover the petals, stems, and leaves, unifying the composition in a playful yet meticulous rhythm. The dots are not mere decoration; they symbolise her lifelong exploration of the self’s dissolution within the vastness of the universe. In this way, Flowers becomes a visual meditation on infinity and the interconnectedness of all things. The repetition of patterns creates a sense of endlessness, an immersive experience where the boundary between the viewer and the artwork blurs. The flowers, though familiar in form, take on a cosmic quality, evoking wonder, contemplation, and perhaps a touch of existential curiosity.

The texture and composition of Flowers also reflect Kusama’s lifelong battle with mental health. Her compulsive use of dots and repeating patterns serve as a form of self-therapy, a way to manage her hallucinations and anxieties. In her hands, the flowers are both a celebration and a confrontation of her inner world. The canvas becomes a window into her mind, where beauty and obsession are inseparable. The flowers bloom defiantly, unapologetically, representing both the fragility and resilience of the human spirit. They are not soft or delicate but assertive and forceful, commanding attention.

Despite their vibrancy and whimsy, there’s a deeper, almost philosophical tension in Kusama’s Flowers. The cheerful colours and patterns might initially suggest joy, but the overwhelming repetition hints at something more complex — a struggle for control, an attempt to impose order on a chaotic world. This tension gives the work depth, transforming it into more than a celebration of nature. It becomes a metaphor for Kusama’s relentless quest to navigate the infinite and the finite, the self and the universe. The flowers, endlessly multiplying, remind us of the delicate balance between creation and obsession.

Kusama’s work often challenges traditional perceptions of art and nature. In Flowers, the natural world is reinterpreted through the lens of abstraction and pop art. The flowers are no longer just flowers; they are symbols of a larger, interconnected reality. The flat, two-dimensional composition, combined with the explosive use of colour, breaks down the barriers between high art and popular culture. Kusama democratizes beauty, showing that even the simplest, most recognisable forms can become gateways to profound artistic and philosophical exploration.

To experience Flowers is to step into Kusama’s world — a place where the boundaries of reality are constantly shifting, where nature, art, and the mind intersect in a kaleidoscope of colour and form. Her flowers are not mere representations of botanical life; they are expressions of an infinite universe, full of joy, struggle, and boundless creativity. Kusama challenges us to see beyond the surface, to find infinity in the everyday, and to embrace the wild, endless possibilities of imagination.
